| Years ago one of the last few things I did while at this agency was contribute this ad to a pitch book. The gist was that there would be a series of these and each would make light of something that is annoying in the work-a-day world and something equally annoying (but maybe not quite as much) in nature. The copy reads "Fig. 1, cell phone image, Constant ringing. Always in your ear. Fig. 2, large beetle image, Constant buzzing. May fly near your ear. How Would You Rather Be Annoyed?" I was copy writer and designer on that particular pitch ad. |
